In the Dialog module, you can assign a sentiment to each incoming ticket. The more tickets you assign to a sentiment, the more precisely you can evaluate the satisfaction in your community.
There are three classifications for the sentiments behind the emoji below each ticket: positive, neutral, and negative.
By assigning a sentiment to your tickets, you can carry out an initial sentiment evaluation in the analytics module in the corresponding Dialog area. You can choose between different visualizations:
The pie chart
The bar chart
Since sentiments in Communications Control are treated like tags, a sentiment analysis is also possible in the Tickets per tag widget.
