In the dialog module, you have the possibility to edit several tickets at once. To do so, select all desired tickets using the checkbox in the upper left corner of the ticket.

A menu with the possible bulk options appears in the bar above the tickets. These include:

• Set tickets to done
• Favour/like tickets
• Set sentiment
• Pin tickets
• Tag tickets
• Assign tickets
• Delete tickets

If you want to make multiple changes to the selected tickets, click the Keep selection for multiple actions switcher. Consequently, the selected tickets will remain selected even after executing a bulk action, so you do not have to select the tickets again.

To perform the actions, select the options one by one from the menu above the tickets.
