Until when can incoming Facebook direct messages be answered via Communications Control?
Facebook DMs can be answered via Communications Control for seven days from the date they were sent. If you do not get to reply to the message within this period, you will have to do so natively via the platform.
Will tickets continue to arrive in the dialog module if the access token is invalid?
If the access token of a channel has expired, synchronization for the dialog module is automatically stopped. As soon as the access token has been renewed, tickets will continue to load as usual. Here, you can find instructions for renewing access tokens.
How long are LinkedIn dialog tickets available in Communications Control?
Text and attachments of comments on LinkedIn posts are visible for 48 hours. Afterward, they are replaced by a link to the original comment on LinkedIn. This applies to both comments from external people as well as to comments from channel owners in Communications Control.
