Integrating your OneDrive account with Communications Control guarantees you accessible digital asset management, convenient preview of M365 documents, and thus even more efficiency and convenience throughout the content cycle.

Linking your M365 Account

1. Open your Personal Settings > Authorized apps, and click on the pink plus button.

   

2. In the popup that opens, click the OneDrive for Business - Personal button.

   

3. You will be redirected to Microsoft. Choose your account, click Next, enter your password, and click on Sign in.

   
   

4. Accept the requested permissions.

5. The linkage is done. From now on, you will be able to access all files stored in OneDrive in the Digital Asset Management below the Cloud Storage folder.

As an alternative to the first step, you can also link your Microsoft license via the Digital Asset Management. To do this, click on the grey plus button next to the Cloud Storages folder. Subsequently, you can perform steps 2-6 as described above.
