Split-View cannot be opened
If the Split-View for M365 documents cannot be opened, please follow these instructions: Open the Manage Account menu (click on the profile picture Manage Account). Navigate to the Extensions tab. Now, disable the Microsoft 365 integration as an authorized APP by clicking on the three-dot menu > Remove. Link the license again, and the split view will work.
