With the help of Single-Sign-On (SSO), you can access Talkwalker from within Communications Control and use all the usual functions of the software - without having to log in again.
On top of the SSO, you can access another module: the Monitoring. Here, you can transform results that have come to your attention through your Talkwalker queries into Communications Control objects or respond to them. In this article, you will learn more about the possibilities of the monitoring module in detail.
The connection of your Talkwalker account is associated with additional costs. If you are interested, please contact the support or your customer success manager.
Once your Talkwalker account has been connected to Communications Control, two additional icons will appear in the navigation bar on the left. The upper one leads you to the monitoring module, and the lower one to the Talkwalker SSO.
If you use Safari as your default browser, a 401 error may occur in the Talkwalker SSO. This is due to a Safari feature that prevents the transmission of cross-site tracking. To be able to use the SSO, you need to disable the corresponding feature. To do so, follow this path: Safari > Preferences > Privacy. Now, deselect the topmost option, Cross-site tracking, in the popup. After that, the SSO will work properly. If not, please check the cookie preferences in your browser. You have to activate third-party cookies.
