How to Include Your Brand Material in the Asset Creation
- Create a new folder in Canva and share it with the people you want within your Canva license.
- Upload your logos, icons, elements, and colors to the folder.
Important: Files must be uploaded individually. - Open the Canva button in Communications Control.
Note: If you already had Canva button open before folder creation, you will need to close the button and open it again. - Navigate to Folder and click on the folder you just created.
- The folder opens. It is automatically pinned to the left of the menu bar.
- Create your Canva design as usual and drag and drop the elements from your folder into your design.
Error when opening the Canva integration
Depending on your personal browser settings, you may encounter problems when clicking on the Canva button. For example, if you are asked to accept third-party cookies, open your browser settings, navigate to the Cookies and other website data section, and make sure that all cookies are allowed. Reload Communications Control, and you can use the Canva integration to its full extent.
Editing Canva graphics with the default photo editor of Communications Control prevents later editing with Canva.
