Microsoft 365 Search allows users to search content from Microsoft platforms from the comforts of their employee app or intranet.
Prerequisite:
- You have configured the Microsoft Connections in the Studio.
- In the Studio, navigate to Settings > Third-Party Connections.
- Under your Microsoft 365, activate the toggle for the Microsoft 365 search.
The dialog to Activate Microsoft 365 search opens. - Click Activate to enable it for your users.
Next Step
Grant permissions for the Azure app used for the Microsoft connection. Once you grant permissions your users can see the content in the widget.
You will need to grant permission for the Azure app again each time you activate another Microsoft 365 widget. Staffbase recommends activating all Microsoft 365 widgets together with the search and thus only granting permissions once.
