Add the Microsoft 365 Connection and let your users access Microsoft content via widgets and the search.

Prerequisites

• If adding a connection with a Custom Azure App, you need an Azure App Client ID and Client Secret.

1. In the Studio, navigate to Settings > Third-Party Connections.
2. Under Microsoft 365, click Add.
   The dialog to add a Microsoft Connection opens.
3. Select the type of Microsoft connector app you want to use for the sign-in flow:
   
   • Default app
     Use the ready-made Azure AD app from Staffbase to quickly set up the Microsoft Connection for your platform.
     
     
   • Custom app
     Use your own custom Azure app for your Microsoft Connection. To get started, you’'ll need the client ID and secret of your custom Azure app.
     
     
4. Select for which users the content will be visible via the Microsoft 365 connection under Visibility of Microsoft 365 Search.
   
   For testing, we recommend limiting the visibility first before making it accessible to larger groups.
5. Click Add. 

You have configured the connection to Microsoft 365.
