This article outlines how to navigate the Employee Email 3.0 add-in for Outlook Classic.
Edit and Send Email Designer Drafts
- In your Outlook ribbon, click Create with Staffbase to open your list of Email Designer drafts.
- Click on the draft you want to edit.
- Similar to the previous version of the Outlook Classic add-in, you can edit and send your email within the same window. You have access to all the same design features that are available in the web app.
- After you finish editing your draft, click Send.
While it is possible to schedule your drafts to send later, this is not recommended when using the Outlook Classic add-in because Outlook has to be open on your desktop in order to send at the scheduled time.
If Outlook is closed during the time when drafts are scheduled to be sent, they will be sent the next time Outlook is opened.
Access Your Settings
See an overview of the current Settings menu for the Outlook Classic add-in, along with other settings that are accessed via the web app.
Switch Accounts
At any time, you have the option to click the two-person Switch Accounts icon. This opens a new sign-in window so that you can sign in to your preferred Employee Email account.
