Comment moderation can help make your platform a safe place where users feel secure and free to share their opinions. Channel editors can hide potentially inappropriate comments so that the moderation team can review them more closely. If the comment meets your platform's guidelines, the moderation team can approve and restore it. The comment will then be fully visible in the channel again.
- In the Experience Studio, navigate to Comments.
- In the Comments overview, navigate to the comment you want to approve and restore.
- Click Approve.
The confirmation dialog to approve and restore the comment opens.
- Click Restore.
You have approved and restored the comment. The comment is now visible again for all users in the news channel and the author can edit and delete their comment again.
