EDITOR
Forms supports different question types, each suited to a different kind of answer. Alongside your questions, you can add optional content that greets employees at the start of the form and confirms their submission at the end. Question labels support rich text formatting (bold, italic, underline, and hyperlinks) to add emphasis or link to more context.

| Rating | A 1 to 10 scale with a choice of icon (star by default). Supports conditional logic. |
| Dropdown | One option from a list, shown as a dropdown. Supports conditional logic. |
| Recipient | A person or department from a list. Use it to route the notification for a submission to whoever is selected. Supports conditional logic. To include the response data in the notification, activate Include Answers in Email in the form settings. |
| File upload | A file attached by the employee. Only PDFs and images are supported. |
| End text | A custom confirmation message shown after submission, translated for each language your form supports |
