The Events block lets you promote workplace events, such as office events or virtual town halls, through Staffbase Email. Promoting events in emails helps increase awareness and attendance. You can use a single workflow to promote in-person, online, and hybrid events using a single workflow.
System-wide editors can create and manage events in Events. Each event belongs to a Space and can only be added to email drafts in that Space. Users with the folder editor role or higher can add events to email drafts. Recipients can RSVP directly from the email and add the event to their calendars using the attached calendar file. System-wide editors can track RSVP responses in Events, and export attendee data as a CSV file for further analysis.
If you use the Employee App or Staffbase Intranet together with Staffbase Email and have Staffbase Live activated, you can also promote Staffbase Live Broadcast events in your emails, provided the event and the email are in the same Space.

Reach Employees Where they Already Engage Promote your events directly in emails, such as weekly newsletters or company updates. Reach employees through an existing communication channel and increase event visibility. |

RSVP Directly from the Email Recipients can RSVP directly from the email without navigating to another page. This makes it quick and easy to confirm attendance, helping improve response rates. They can update their response at any time before the event starts. |
Track Attendance System-wide editors and higher can view all RSVP responses in Events as they come in. They can also export the response list as a CSV for reporting or follow-up. |
Never Miss an Event Each event email includes an ICS calendar file that recipients can add to their preferred calendar. Calendar reminders help attendees remember the event and join on time. |

Join Online Events For online events and live broadcasts, attendees can access the event using the link included directly in the email. This reduces friction and makes joining the event simple. |
