Open groups allow you to discover, subscribe and unsubscribe freely from a selection of content. By subscribing to an open group, you will have access to all content published for and by the group, such as posts, calendars, event registrations, or chat messages. If you’re mentioned in a comment in an open group, you can access the open group and discover its content.

Open groups connect users with similar interests, such as fans or music lovers. Another common use of open groups is for different office locations. This lets users easily subscribe when visiting a different office location and access crucial local information. 

You can just browse the open groups on your employee app and subscribe to your first open group.

Subscribe to Open Groups

1. In the app menu, click  My Groups.
   A dialog listing all available open groups opens.
2. On the right-hand side, select the groups you want to subscribe to. 
   
   
3. Click Close.
   The content in your app is refreshed to reflect the content of the newly-added open groups. You might see new menu entries, plugins, or chat conversations. 

Unsubscribe from Open Groups

You can unsubscribe from an open group at any time.

Follow the same steps above as when you subscribe to an open group and uncheck the group you want to unsubscribe from.
