Navigator transforms the Staffbase App and Intranet into an intelligent workplace guide. Employees can ask questions in any language, using voice or text, and receive instant answers based on company knowledge.
You can request activation of Navigator from the Self-Service AI Settings page or by submitting a support ticket. After submitting the request, Staffbase adds your platform to a waiting list. Once activated, you can configure Navigator in the Studio.
- In the Studio, navigate to Settings > AI Hub.
The Self-Service AI Settings page opens. - Under More AI Features To Explore, navigate to Navigator.
- Click the tile to open Navigator.
The Navigator page opens. - Click Start Setup.
The status changes to Activation in Progress.
You have requested activation. Your platform is added to the waiting list. Once activation is complete, you receive an email notification, and Navigator becomes available under Content in the Studio.
