Space groups extend the concept of user groups and spaces by enabling space administrators to create and manage groups within their own spaces.

You can view and manage groups only within the space where you are a space administrator.

Viewing Your Space Groups

If you are a space administrator for multiple spaces, you need to choose the space you want to manage groups for.

1. In the Studio, navigate to Users > Groups.
2. From the space group chooser, select the space you want to view.

You have selected the space you want.

Once a space is selected, you can manage groups the same way you manage user groups.

You can manage the groups in the space by:

• Creating an internal group
• Creating an open group
• Adding a group administrator to a user group
• Managing group membership
• Managing group membership using CSV
