Pages empower you to build and publish static, long-term content for your organization. They remain permanently accessible via the menu, ensuring users can easily find important information at any time. Pages are perfect for content that doesn’t change frequently. Pages are active, reliable tools to help your organization deliver structured, accessible, and interactive content.
After the Administrator has installed the Pages plugin:

- Create a page
- Update the settings
- Position a page
- Duplicate a page
- Delete a page

Pages Overview
Inside of the Pages plugin, the Pages overview provides a centralized view of all your platform’s pages. The overview displays the following options:

Create Page
- Create a new page from scratch or using a template directly.

Search
- Find the page you are looking for using the search field.

Filter
- Refine your search by filtering by publication status.

Sort
- Refine your search by sorting by updated, created, or alphabetical.

Direct links to the page editor
- Navigating to an individual page listed in the pages overview takes you to the page editor, a simple, intuitive workspace for building and updating content-rich pages.

View Metadata
- Page Title: the titles of published and unpublished pages
- Space: the space in which the page is found
- Status: if the page is published or unpublished
- Updated: the date and time when the page was last updated
- Updated by: the person who last updated the page

Open Actions Menu
- Edit: opens the page editor where you can add text, images, videos, widgets, and links
- Duplicate: duplicates an existing page
- Open: opens the page in the platform
- Publish/Unpublish: changes the publication status
- Copy Link: provides a link to the page that can be opened by both mobile and desktop users
- Move: allows positioning the page in the right space
- Settings: provides clear controls on language, visibility, and editor access, as well as overall updates and management
- Delete: sends the page to the trash

Pagination
- Select the number of pages you would like to display at a time using the dropdown at the bottom of the overview.
