If you have already created emails around a certain topic, you can assign them to a campaign directly from the email editor. By creating new emails for a campaign and assigning older ones, you can gain insights into trends around your campaign goal over time. When creating a new email and assigning it to a campaign, follow these instructions.
You can not assign emails that have already been sent to a campaign.
Prerequisites
- Campaigns are available for your organization.
- You need to have created at least one campaign.
Assigning an Existing Email to a Campaign
- In the Studio, navigate to Email.
- Navigate to the email you want to assign to a campaign.
- Click the more options icon > Edit.
The Email Designer opens. - Click Next.
- In Settings, under Campaign, select the campaign you want to add the email to from the dropdown menu.
- Click Save.
The email is now assigned to a campaign.
In the individual campaign overview, you can view this email and its reach metrics alongside other content assigned to that campaign.
