You can define default fonts separately for App & Intranet and Email platforms.
You can define default font values for different typography settings. These typography settings are available for the Content Designer for Pages, or once you activate the New UX.
Setting the UI Font
You can set the default UI font for all text and labels across your App and Intranet with the New UX.
- In the Studio, navigate to Settings > App & Intranet.
- Under UI Fonts, from the Font dropdown, select a font you want to set as the default for all text and labels.
- Click Save.
You have successfully set the UI font.
Setting Fonts for App and Intranet Titles and Title Blocks
You can define separate font, weight, and size settings for each of the three title styles used on pages and title blocks in the Content Designer.
- In the Studio, navigate to Settings > App & Intranet.
- Under Main Titles & Tile Block, select the style you want to define.
- For the selected style, add the following font values from the corresponding dropdowns:
- Font
- Weight
- Size
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each style you want to define.
- Click Save.
You have successfully set the fonts for your App and Intranet titles and tile blocks.
Setting a Standard for App and Intranet Titles
By default, the Big Title - H1 style is used in the New UX. You can modify that.
- In the Studio, navigate to Settings > App & Intranet.
- Under Main Titles & Tile Block, hover over the style you want to set as the standard for titles.
The Set as default for all titles option appears. - Click the option to set it as standard.
The style appears highlighted.
You have set a style as the default for titles.
Setting Fonts for Text Blocks
You can set fonts for headings and paragraph text in your content.
- In the Studio, navigate to Settings > App & Intranet.
- Under Text Block, locate a style you want to define.
- For the style, add the following font values from the corresponding dropdowns:
- Font
- Weight
- Size
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 for each style you want to define.
- Click Save.
The default font is the one automatically applied when no specific font is selected during email creation. Depending on the options available for the chosen font, you can also select the font's style, such as bold, italic, or bold italic.
- In the Studio, navigate to Settings > Fonts.
The Fonts page opens. - Under Visible Fonts, locate the font you want to set as default.

Click the more options icon to open the dropdown and select Set as default.
The selected font is highlighted and set with the Default label. -
Optionally, select the dropdown adjacent to Regular in the default font tile.
This option is not available for all fonts. If available, Regular is selected by default. -
From the dropdown, select one of the font styles as the default style for the font:
- Regular
- Bold
- Italic
- Bold Italic
The selected style appears on the default font tile.
- Click Save.
You have successfully set the default font. You can change it anytime.
