The Content Designer for Pages lets you create and manage modern, flexible pages with a what-you-see-is-what-you-get (WYSIWYG) editing experience. What you see in the editor closely matches what employees see once the page is published.
The Content Designer combines a structured page layout with an intuitive editor and side panel tools. This helps you make pages faster and keep layouts consistent.

Editor
The Editor is the main canvas where you create and structure your page using building blocks in a true WYSIWYG experience, ensuring that edits reflect the final page layout. Pages are structured using sections, containers, and columns which work together to create a clear and flexible layout. This structured approach helps you build clean, predictable layouts while maintaining flexibility.
Side Panel
The side panel gives you quick access to the tools you need while building a page, without leaving the editor.
You can use the side panel to:
- Add content: Use blocks to add text, media, news, buttons, and other elements. You can click or drag blocks directly into a container or column.
- Use templates: Quickly add pre-designed section layouts to your page. Section templates provide ready-made structures with containers and blocks, helping you build consistent, well-organized sections without starting from scratch. You can insert a template and then customize the content to fit your needs.
- Navigate the page: Use Navigation to move between sections, containers, and blocks. It shows the full structure of your page.
- Manage media: Use My Files to upload, manage, and reuse images, videos, and other supported media files. You can drag files directly from My Files into your page.
- Undo and redo changes: Reverse edits or reapply them easily with the undo and redo arrows.
- Work with keyboard: View all available keyboard shortcuts for text edits, navigation, selection, and work efficiently without a mouse.
- Use the guide: Use the book icon for a tour if you are new to the Content Designer or want a walkthrough.
- Provide feedback: Use the callout icon with a star to share your feedback on the Content Designer. It opens a form where you can share what you like or suggest improvements. Your feedback helps improve the editing experience and guide future updates.
