Your internal communication platform represents the values and the culture of your organization. Staffbase offers various possibilities to infuse your organization’s brand identity into your internal comms app. 

Administrators can build and publish a branded footer for the App or Intranet directly in the Studio. It supports a description, logo, up to three link columns, a copyright line, and social links. Content can be set per language allowing each employee to automatically see the footer in their preferred language. Text and background colors follow your organization's branding.

Prerequisite:

• You have activated the new UX for your platform.

Adding a Footer

1. In the Studio, navigate to Settings > Branding > App & Intranet > Footer. The Footer page opens.
2. Under Color, define the color for text, icons, and background.
3. Under Visibility, select if the footer should be visible on the Intranet, App, or both.
4. Under Language Settings, select the language you want to add content in.
5. Under Logo, select the upload icon to add an image from your computer or My Files.
6. Under Short Description, provide a description of your organization to appear in the footer.
7. In Link Columns, add a title to the first column.
8. Provide up to three link titles and URLs.
9. Under Copyright, provide the copyright text.
10. Under Social Media, select Select Platform to open the dropdown menu and select a social media platform.
11. Provide the social media link.
12. Select Save.

You have added a footer to your platform. You can edit it at any time.

Adding an Additional Content to the Footer

You can add additional text columns and social media links to your footer.

1. In the Studio, navigate to Settings > Branding > App & Intranet.
2. Under Link Columns, select Add Column. A new column appears.
3. Provide the link content.
4. Under Social Media, select Add Link.
5. Select Select Platform to open the dropdown menu and select a social media platform. A new social media link appears.
6. Provide the social media link.
7. Select Save.

You have added additional content to the footer. You can add more or edit it at any time.
