This functionality is only available for emails sent directly from the Employee Email web app.
It is not available for emails sent using the Employee Email add-in or extension for your email client.
After sending an email to your custom distribution list(s) from the Employee Email web app, you have the option to send follow-up emails targeting recipients who didn’t open your original message.
It is also possible to send follow-ups to a follow-up email.
Please note that each tracked email (whether first-time send or follow-up) will have its own unique set of analytics.
This brings your messages back to the attention of those who need a reminder and rewards those who opened your communications right away by reducing multiples in their inboxes.
