Answer the Google Data Safety questionnaire to make your app a safe place for your employees. This questionnaire consists of 3 sections where you give detailed information about the user data collected or shared through your app. The overview of data types in this article will help you answer the questionnaire for your Staffbase App.
Consult your legal advisor before filling out the Google Data Safety questionnaire. This overview is a collection of common data types that are used by the Staffbase App. Data types of your own app might differ with the usage of custom plugins and other customizations.
Questionnaire Section 1: Data Collection and Security
The first set of questions examines the basic principles of your app’s data collection. Choose the following answers according to your app:
Google introduced additional questions to the data collection and security questionnaire on April 2023. If you are an existing customer, you must submit answers to the additional questions by 7 December 2023.

After completing all questionnaire sections, preview all selections in the final section. Click Save to finish the questionnaire. Google data safety information will now be shown in the app store on the page of your app.
