Analytics Explorer is a feature in Studio Analytics that lets administrators build custom reports by choosing their own attributes, metrics, and date range.

Pre-built dashboards cannot answer every question a comms team has, such as a comparison across user groups or a one-off report for a stakeholder. Analytics Explorer removes the need to wait on a custom export.

Analytics Explorer covers News, Page, and Email Analytics. In the Explorer tool, administrators can:

• Generate a Custom Report: Administrators choose the attributes to break the report down by, such as channel name or user group name, and the metrics to include, such as total visitors, total visits, or engagement rate. Adding a date range and submitting these choices generates the report as a table.
• Export a Report as a CSV File: Administrators can download a report as a CSV file to use outside Studio.
• Save a Report: Administrators can save a report to a list of reports in Studio for later use.
• Share a Report: Administrators can copy a report's URL and share it with another admin.
• Manage Saved Reports: Saved reports can be renamed, marked as favorites, or permanently deleted.
