The Analytics dashboard is a powerful tool for measuring user engagement and the success of your content. Accessible under Analytics in the Studio, it requires no additional setup or configuration so that meaningful data is always at your disposal. Staffbase covers a broad range of analytical data for different categories, divided into four different categories to allow you to dive deep into metrics:
The Hashtags tab is currently in beta and is available by activation only. Reach out to Staffbase Support or your Customer Success Manager for more information.
Each topic has its own tab with its own set of metrics and filters. In this way, Staffbase makes it easy to filter statistics based on your company’s specific needs and those of different stakeholders. From top-level app performance to fine-tuned engagement details, the analytics give you hard data to help you make informed decisions regarding content. All of the data in the dashboard is GDPR compliant and stored in an aggregated way. Therefore the data does not display information about individual users.
Rights and Roles
The Analytics dashboard automatically uses granular permissions to users depending on their role, without any additional configuration. Users with system-wide access to the Staffbase platform, including administrators, managing editors, and editors, are able to see all four tabs.
Space administrators and content editors can see the news and content tabs for their specific space or content. These permissions allow each role to view and download the exact data they need from the Studio.
