Analytics Explorer is a feature in Studio Analytics that lets administrators build custom reports by choosing their own attributes, metrics, and date range.

Use this procedure when you need a report that the standard News, Page, or Email Analytics pre-built dashboards do not cover, such as a comparison across channels or user groups.

Generating a Custom Report in the Analytics Explorer Tool

1. In the Studio, navigate to Analytics > Tools > Explorer. 
   The Explorer tool page opens.

   
2. From the Attributes dropdown, select the attributes you want to break the report down by, such as Channel Name.
3. From the Metrics dropdown, select the metrics you want to measure, such as Engagement Rate.
4. Select a date range for the report. Optionally, enter the details in the Add time field.
5. Click Submit. 
   Explorer generates a table with the attributes and metrics you selected.

You have generated a custom report.
