Journeys allows you to guide employees on their individual journey at your organization. Create customized content and set an individual timeline to support employees with their new tasks. Journeys are ideal for welcoming new employees to your organization, helping existing employees settle into a new user group, and much more.
Installing the Journeys Plugin
- In the Experience Studio, navigate to the Content Menu.
- Scroll to the bottom of the menu and click Add plugin.
- Navigate to Journey and click Install.
The dialog to add Journeys opens.
- Provide a title for the Journey.
Click Add Journeys.
You have added your first Journey. You can add more Journeys to your app at any time. To make a Journey visible to your users, you must first activate the Journey.
