The custom-built integrations depend upon how you envision the solution for your users. These can be embedding the solution for your users in the platform or directly modifying data in an external system with the help of APIs. The custom-built integrations are Embedding and Connecting.

Embedding

Embedding content provides a new user interface for the external content to be displayed so that the content appears as a part of the employee platform to its users. You need to use this method only when the solution you envisioned to embed into the platform cannot be  achieved by ready-to-use integrations.

Develop your own web application to solve a very specific business case. You can either build such a solution in-house or get help from vendors or our technical implementation partners. Embedding via Custom Widgets

Develop your own web component to solve a specific business case using custom widgets. Once you have developed a custom widget, you can install it to the Staffbase platform. Connecting

You can establish a connection via API to the Staffbase platform. Using the APIs, you can add, modify, extract, or delete data and content in the Staffbase or an external platform.
