You can copy a news post to a different space, as long as you move it to a channel of the same type. For example, you can only copy an update post to a channel of the type update. When you copy a post to another channel, you duplicate the post in draft mode in the other channel. You can then modify and publish it.

Prerequisite

•  More than one space exists.

1. In the Studio, navigate to Content > the space chooser.
2. Select All content.
   
   
3. Navigate to News > Channels.
4. Click the channel from which you want to copy a post.
   The selected channel opens.
5. Select the posts you want to copy.
6. Click Copy.
   
   
   
   The dialog to copy the post opens.
7. From the dropdown menu, select the channel to which you want to copy the post.
   If you’re copying an update post, only channels with the type update are displayed in the menu.
8. Click Copy.
   You have successfully copied the post. The post is available in both channels.
