You can select the order in which the spaces are displayed. In the app, users will see the content of the spaces in the order in which the spaces are arranged in the admin interface. For example, if All employees space is listed first, followed by the spaces London, New York, Sales, and so on. A London-based employee with the Sales team will see contents in the following order, All employees, London, and Sales.
- In the admin interface, navigate to the System menu.
- Click Spaces.
The Manage spaces page opens.
- Use the handle to drag and drop spaces to a desired position.
The content of the spaces will be displayed in the app menu, in the order in which you sorted the spaces.
