With the visibility settings, you can define the target group for your space. In the visibility settings, you can configure whether the content in a space is available to the whole company or to specific user group(s) or to users. As spaces often use user groups to target content, configure your user groups keeping spaces in mind.
The All employees space is a default space that contains all content that is available to all registered users. You cannot use the All employees space for targeting content, as the visibility settings for this space cannot be modified.
- In the Studio, navigate to Settings > Spaces Overview.
The Spaces Overview page opens. - Click the three dots next to a specific space to open the actions menu.
- Click Edit Space.
The Edit space page opens. - Set the visibility of the space to All users or Selected users or user groups and choose from the dropdown menu.
- Click Save.
