Your Emails need to reflect the values and the culture of your organization. Staffbase offers various possibilities to infuse your brand identity into the emails you send out from the platform to the contacts, ensuring every message aligns with your organization's unique style and voice.
Fonts
You can choose from a variety of fonts or upload your organization’s custom fonts to maintain consistency across all communications. Different types of font options available to you:
Default and Secondary Fonts
- Default Font: This is automatically applied when no specific font is selected during email creation. It is marked with the Default label on the Email Branding page. Depending on the options available for the chosen font, you can also select the font's style, such as bold, italic, or bold italic.
- Secondary Font: This is your second favorite font. It is marked with the Secondary label on the Email Branding page and appears as the second option in the font dropdown menu when designing emails in the Email Designer.
Available Font Options
Following are the fonts available to you:- Arial
- Arial Black
- Book Antiqua
- Comic Sans MS
- Courier New
- Georgia
- Helvetica
- Lucida Sans Unicode
- Tahoma
- Terminal
- Times New Roman
- Trebuchet MS
- Verdana
Custom Fonts
Custom fonts are fonts that are not readily available on the platform. To further personalize your emails, you can upload custom fonts in the following formats:- File Size: Up to 5 MB
- File Types: .TTF, .OTF, .WOFF, .WOFF2
Staffbase does not support variable fonts.
Fallback Fonts
You can define a fallback font in case you use a custom font in your emails. If you do not define a fallback font, by default the email client falls back to Arial font when the custom font is not available in your user’s email client.Styles
Colors
You can add your brand colors from the Colors page. The Colors page serves as a central repository, allowing you to manage and reuse colors for defining button and link styles. You can customize existing colors and add additional brand colors easily using HEX codes or the color picker. There’s no limit to the number of colors you can add.
