You can define a fallback font in case you use a custom font as a default or secondary font in your emails. If you do not define a fallback font, by default the email client falls back to Arial font when the custom font is not available in your user’s email client.
This option appears only if you have set a custom font as the default or secondary font.
- In the Studio, navigate to Settings > Email.
The Email Branding page opens. - Under Fallback Font, select the font you want to add as the fallback one.
- Click Save. You have set the fallback font for the custom font. You can change it anytime.
