Custom fonts are fonts that are not readily available on the platform. To further personalize your emails, you can upload custom fonts in the following formats:
- File Size: Up to 5 MB
- File Types: .TTF, .OTF, .WOFF, .WOFF2
- Staffbase does not support variable fonts.
Things to remember before uploading custom fonts:
- Custom fonts are considered customer data under Staffbase agreements. You are responsible for ensuring proper licensing for their use on the platform. By uploading, you confirm you hold the required license.
- You cannot delete a custom font that you have uploaded to the platform.
- In the Studio, navigate to Settings Email Fonts.
The Fonts page opens. - Click + Add Font.
The upload and drag and drop options appear. - Upload or drag and drop a file.
The file is added to the list of fonts.
You have successfully uploaded a custom font. Now, you can set it as a default or secondary font and then set a fallback font for it.
