At Staffbase, our customers are our greatest inspiration, driving meaningful improvements to the platform. Your ideas, feedback, and challenges help shape our roadmap, ensuring we deliver products that truly address your needs.
This article explains how Staffbase processes your feedback, transforming it into actionable ideas and, ultimately, into new features for the platform.
You can share your feedback with Staffbase through the Ideas Portal or specific features in the Studio, where feedback options are available.
Submitted Feedback
The feedback you submit through the Ideas Portal is stored in a central feedback library. Staffbase uses automated rules to group feedback on similar topics, and routes the feedback to the relevant product development teams.
From Grouped Feedback to Ideas
The product development team evaluates the grouped feedback before turning it into ideas. They evaluate the grouped feedback on the basis of:
- Demand: Demand is assessed by counting votes for the idea. Every feedback submission related to an idea is counted as a vote.
-
Development: If your feedback relates to an idea or feature already under consideration or development, Staffbase may contact you for further exploration. This could include:
- Calls or email exchanges
- Communication through the Studio
- Discussions with your Customer Success Manager
Participation in these discussions is optional.
Published Ideas on the Ideas Portal
Ideas vetted by the product development teams are published on the Ideas Portal. These ideas are still in the discovery phase, requiring further research and validation. Staffbase evaluates demand and feasibility before committing to the roadmap.
