You might be asked to take screenshots as part of the process of managing your requests through our Customer Care team. The information in the Developer Console helps the Customer Care team to identify errors or problems and find solutions quicker.
- In your Chrome browser, click the three dots.
The menu opens. - Click More Tools.
- Click Developer Tools.
The developer console opens.
Alternatively, use the keyboard shortcut [Ctrl]+[Shift]+[J] for Windows or [⌘]+[Option]+[J] for Mac.
- In your Firefox browser, click the three lines.
The menu opens. - Click More Tools.
- Click Web Developer Tools.
The developer console opens.
Alternatively, use the keyboard shortcut [Ctrl]+[Shift]+[J] for Windows or [⌘]+[Option]+[J] for Mac.
- In your Safari browser, click on Safari in the menu bar.
- Click Settings.
The settings open. - Navigate to Advanced.
- Select the checkbox Show develop menu in menu bar.
The menu bar of your Mac expands to include the Develop item. - Click Develop in the menu bar.
- Click Show JavaScript Console.
The developer console opens.
Alternatively, use the keyboard shortcut [Option]+[Cmd]+[C]. This requires that the developer menu is activated in the Safari settings.
- In your Edge browser, click the three dots.
The menu opens. - Click More tools.
- Click Developer tools.
The developer console opens.
