The topic module enables the planning and organization of projects with a longer duration. Ideas, stories, content, events, or media can be assigned to a topic.  

Topics can be displayed in the grid or table view. For selected fields, the table view allows inline editing. These include: topic color, title, category, description, tags, assets, and many more.

In all table views of Communications Control, you will find functions that help you to overview topics. The most frequently used functions are:

• Grouping
• Customizing the table
• Filtering

You can also simultaneously edit multiple topics. The bulk options include:

• Add to a topic category
• Delete
• Add media items

When creating new topics via the pink plus button, a lot of strategic information can be added. The creation of related objects can be done either directly in the topic (here, the strategy area of the topic is transferred) or via the respective module.
