What does the suffix inactive mean?

Topics are divided into two categories: active and inactive. This information refers to the duration of a topic. Accordingly, all active topics lie within the defined time period (between start and end date). Topics whose end date is in the past are therefore considered inactive. The same applies to topics whose start date is in the future.
