Task management allows you to organize your tasks within Communications Control. You can create independent tasks (general ones) and tasks assigned to individual Communications Control objects. You can switch between your personal and the team's tasks.

In task management, you can choose between the table view and the kanban view.

The table view

In the table view, all created tasks are listed. Their sorting can be adjusted by clicking on the individual columns. In addition, the grouping function and the possibility to customize your table are also available in this view.

The Kanban view

In the Kanban view, your tasks are represented in different columns. Status changes can be made easily by dragging and dropping from one column to the other. Furthermore, the columns can represent not only the different statuses but also e.g. the priority or the linked Communications Control object.

Creating tasks

New tasks can be created from both views. Click on the pink plus button (table view) or the blue and white plus button (kanban view). All details about creating new tasks can be found here.
