You can sign in to your Google workspace account from your app or intranet to search and access content from your Google Drive.
- In your mobile app, open the menu at the top right.

Tap the gear wheel to open the settings.
The profile menu is displayed. - Under Settings, tap Account.
- Under Connected Accounts, tap Sign In for Google.
You are redirected to the Google sign-in screen. - On the Google sign-in screen, select your Google account or Select another account to enter your sign-in details.
- Sign in to your account.
- Tap Allow to grant permission to your app to connect with your Google account.
You have signed in to your Google account from your app.
- In your mobile app, tap the three dots on the top right corner of your screen to open the profile menu.
- Under Settings, tap Account.
- Under Connected Accounts, tap Sign In for Google.
You are redirected to the Google sign-in screen. - On the Google sign-in screen, select your Google account or Select another account to enter your sign-in details.
- Sign in to your account.
- Tap Allow to grant permission to your app to connect with your Google account.

- In your intranet, navigate to your profile menu.
The profile menu opens. - Navigate to Settings > Account.
- Under Connected Accounts, click Sign In for Google.
You are redirected to the Google sign-in screen. - On the Google sign-in screen, select your Google account or click Select another account to enter your sign-in details.
- Click Sign in.
- Click Allow to grant permission to your app to connect with your Google account.
You have signed in to your Google account from your intranet.
You can sign out of your Google account from your intranet by clicking Sign Out in the same section.
Alternatively, you can sign in to your Google account directly from the Google Drive search tab in your employee app or intranet’s search function.
