How to reset your password depends on how you sign in to the app and whether you have stored an email address in the app.
If you sign in via a central sign-in service, for example, SSO:
In this case, you reset your password via the central sign-in service. Contact the administrator for the central sign-in service.
If you sign in with a username:
- Have your recovery code at hand.
If you do not know your recovery code, contact your app administrator. - In sign-in dialog, click Forgot password.
- Enter your username.
- Enter the recovery code.
- Click Reset password.
- Enter a new password.
If you sign in with an email address:
- In sign-in dialog, click Forgot password.
- Enter your email address. Use the email address you used to sign in to the app.
You receive an email with a recovery code. - Enter the recovery code.
- Click Reset password.
- Enter a new password.
