Once you have created a post, you must publish it to make it visible to the target audience. Posts can be published immediately or scheduled to be published at a later date. You can publish the post with the default settings or customize the settings.
Posts are affected by time zones. For example, if a contributor located in Berlin publishes a post at 10:00 CET, an employee in London can see the post at 9:00 GMT.
Publish a Post Immediately
You can publish a post directly within the draft view.
- In the Studio, navigate to Content > News.
- Open the post you created.
- Optionally, customize the settings of the post.
- Click Publish Now.
You have published the post and it is now visible to users. If you activated the push or email notifications options, users will receive the notification right away.
Schedule a Post to be Published
Plan ahead and schedule your posts in advance.
- In the Studio, navigate to Content > News.
- Open the post you created.
- Under Publication Time, activate the toggle next to Immediately.
- Select the date and time when you want the post to be published.
- Optionally, customize the settings of the post.
- Click Schedule.
You have scheduled a post to be published. You can update or cancel the scheduling at any time in the draft. If you activated the push or email notifications options, users will be notified when the post is published.
