You create and publish posts within a channel. Depending on the type of channel, the appearance of the news format varies. Here in the example, a post is created within the channel type Article.
- In the Experience Studio, navigate to the channel for which you want to add a post.
Click Create Post.
Based on the channel type, the create page opens. In this case, Create article page opens.
- Provide a title for the post. The title is visible in the newsfeed in the app.
- Provide further contents for the post, for example an article image or video, a teaser text, article text, picture galleries or attachments. The contents you can provide depend on the channel type. Usually the article image or video as well as teaser texts are visible in the news feed in the app.
- Click Save draft.
The post was saved, but is not published yet.
Optionally, click Preview to see what the published post would look like on different devices.
You have created a post. Now, you can publish it, in order to make it available.
