The Staffbase platform allows audience-specific publishing of dynamic News content, based on news pages, channels, and posts. A news page is like a newspaper or a social network, where new content is regularly published. You can create as many news pages as you would like, with each news page allowing you to control access to the channels and the posts within it. 

1. In the Studio, navigate to Content > System > Menu. 

2. Select Create a news page.
   The Create a News Page dialog opens.

   
3. Provide a news page name and icon.

4. From the Sorting dropdown, select if news posts should be sorted by:  

   • Top News (sorted by channels)
   • Recent News (sorted chronologically)
   • Let the user decide
5. In Posts per Channel, define the number of posts per channel to be displayed in the news feed.
6. From the Channels in Menu dropdown, select if news channels in the menu should be:
   • Always visible
   • Only visible on active news page
   • Never visible
7. Optionally, activate the Quick links toggle to display the news page in the Bottom Navigation Bar on mobile devices.
8. Under Show in Menu on, select the checkboxes for which the news page should be displayed.
9. Click Create. 
   The news page is added to the menu.
10. Click Save.

You have created a news page. Now you can add a news channel under the news page and start creating news content.
