Admins can start the account recovery process for a user. This is only possible for users that sign in with an email address.

1. In the Studio, navigate to Users Settings > Registered users. 
2. Go to the required user and click Edit. 
3. In the Edit user dialog, click Reset password. 
   The user receives an email with the recovery code.
