Staffbase releases new versions of the native apps round about every 3 months.
The update of the iOS app only works, if in your Apple App Store account all license agreements are signed. If the license agreements are not signed, the app updates cannot be published and users stay on the old app version and it is possible that problems with the push notifications occur.
As Apple continuously updates agreements, it's best to check regularly—latest when Staffbase announces the new release.
Checking and Signing Apple License Agreements
Requirements
- You must be account holder of the Apple Developer Program account.
- Login to your Apple App Store account on the App Store Connect website.
- Navigate to https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/agreements
- Look for open license agreements and sign them.
