If you are repeatedly getting loading error messages that something went wrong, for the Studio Dashboard tiles and Analytics dashboard, this is likely due to ad blockers. It is possible that your ad blocker is blocking the Staffbase Analytics API from loading the data to your dashboards.
Staffbase recommends one of the following to ensure that you can access valuable analytics on your platform:
Add the domain of your app or intranet as a trusted site to your ad blocker
To prevent your ad blocker from blocking the analytics data, you must add the domain of your app or intranet as a trusted site to your ad blocker.
Refer to your browser's extension list to see which ad blockers are installed on your browser.
- In your Chrome browser, click the three dots to open the menu.
- In the menu, click Settings.
- Click Extensions.
- Find the ad blockers that you have installed.
- In your Firefox browser, click the three lines to open the menu.
- In the menu, click Settings.
- Click Extensions & Themes and navigate to Extensions.
- Find the ad blockers that you have installed.
- Open Safari and open the Safari menu bar.
- Click Safari Extensions.
- Find the ad blockers that you have installed.
- In your Edge browser, click the three dots to open the menu.
- In the menu, click Extensions.
- Click Manage Extensions.
- Find the ad blockers that you have installed.
Now, you can check the ad blocker documentation to add your domain as a trusted site. For example, if you use AdBlock as your browser ad blocker, check Allow Ads on a Domain.
