Campaign Analytics
Alignment
Overall average from unique user responses to the campaign’s alignment survey.
Comment Sentiment
Comment sentiment is based on comments left on news posts assigned to a campaign. Comment replies are also included in the calculation. The net sentiment score is calculated by subtracting the percentage of negative comments from the percentage of positive comments.
Engagement
Engagement is the percentage of visitors who have interacted with at least one news post assigned to a campaign by reacting, commenting, or sharing.
Visibility
Visibility is the percentage of users in the entire campaign audience who viewed at least one post in the campaign.
Chat Analytics
Active 1:1 Chat
An active 1:1 chat has had at least one message or interaction during a selected date range.
Active Chat Group
An active chat group has had at least one message or interaction during a selected date range.
Active Chat User
An active chat user is a user who has opened Chat at least once during a selected date range.
Content Analytics
Public Area
The public area displays if the content is internal only or available in the public area of the platform.
Visit (Total Visits)
The number of visits measures how many times the post, page, or other content type was viewed or accessed. For example, if one user views an article three separate times, three visits are counted. If the number of visits exceeds the number of visitors, it means that some users visited the content multiple times.
Visitor
The number of visitors measures the number of unique users who have visited a news post, page, or other content types. For example, if a user visits an article four separate times, this will only be counted as one visitor.
Email Analytics
Click rate
The percentage of opened emails with a link inside that was clicked.
Open rate
The percentage of sent emails that were opened.
Recipients
The number of unique users who were sent at least one email in the selected period of time.
Repeat clicks
The number of times a link was clicked in total by a specific recipient.
Repeat opens
The number of times a link was opened in total by a specific recipient.
Sent Emails
The total number of emails sent in the selected period of time.
Top Links
The percentage of unique clicks on a specific link, out of the number of opens.
Total clicks
The number of times a link in the email was clicked, including repeated and unique clicks.
Total opens
The number of times the email was opened, including repeated and unique opens.
Unique clicks
The number of times a link was clicked for the first time by a specific recipient.
Unique opens
The number of times the email was opened for the first time by a specific recipient.
Navigator Analytics
Conversation
The conversation is a generated short title based on the conversation topic.
Device
The device displays on what device type the conversation occurred.
Language
The language displays in which language the conversation occurred.
Messages
The number of messages shows the total number sent from both the user and Navigator in a single conversation.
Mode
The mode displays if the conversation occurred via text or voice.
Reported Feedback
The reported feedback displays if a user gave positive, negative, or no feedback on any of the messages.
News Analytics
Acknowledgements
The number of acknowledgments a news post has received. A user can only acknowledge a post once.
Avg. Time on Posts
The average time on a post measures how long visitors spent on the page, averaged between all visitors.
Bounce Rate
The bounce rate measures the percentage of users who left the post in under 3 seconds after opening.
Clicks
The clicks measure the amount of times users clicked links, buttons, documents, and media files in a post.
Comment Likes
The comment likes measure the amount of likes on the comments of a news post, not including likes on the posts themselves.
Comments
The number of times a news post was commented on. A user can leave multiple comments and comments to comments for the same news post. All comments are counted for this metric, also comments to comments.
Interaction Rate
The interaction rate measures the amount of news posts published in comparison to the number of user interactions.
Likes
The number of Likes as a reaction a news post has received.
Notitfications
The notifications display if users were notified of the post’s publication, either via push or email.
Post Likes
The post likes measure the amount of likes on the news post, not including likes on comments left on the post.
Potential Reach
The maximum number of users who can potentially view a news post. For example, if a news channel has 100 subscribers, the potential reach for news posts in this channel is 100. This will include users who have subscribed to an open group with access to the news channel.
Reach
The ratio of potential visitors to actual visitors for a news post. If a news post has a potential reach of 80 visitors, but only 40 users viewed the post, the reach is 50%.
Reactions
The number of reactions a news post has received. Every reaction type is counted separately: Like, Celebrate, Support, Insightful, Thanks. A user can only react once to a news post and only choose one reaction. For example, if a user reacts with Support, this is counted as one Support reaction.
Shares
The number of times a news post was shared. A user can share a post multiple times and every share is counted. For example, if a user shares one post once on Facebook, and twice via email, this is counted as three shares.
Total Video Views
For news posts with a teaser video, for example, articles and media posts, the teaser video can be played from the newsfeed without opening the news post. Additionally, the video can be played once the user views the news post. All video views, no matter where are counted as total video views.
Traffic Sources
Traffic sources explain how a user navigated to a specific news post or piece of content. All traffic sources have a way for the user to click, open, and read a news post. Every single click from a specific traffic source is counted in this metric. Learn more here.
Unique News Posts
The number of unique news posts measures posts published for the first time during the selected time frame.
Video Views Directly From Newsfeed
For news posts with a teaser video, for example, articles and media posts, the teaser video can be played from the newsfeed, without opening the news post. If a user directly plays the video in the newsfeed, this is counted as a video view from the newsfeed.
Page Analytics
Avg. Time on Page
The average time on page measures how long visitors spent on the page, averaged between all visitors.
Bounce Rate
The bounce rate is the percentage of users who left the page within three seconds of opening it.
Clicks
Clicks are the number of clicks on links, documents, buttons, and media files within the page.
Element
Elements are a link, document, button, or media file that a user can interact with on a page.
Pages with Views
The number of pages with views displays the amount of pages that were viewed at least once during the selected timeframe.
Pages without Views
The number of pages without views displays the amount of pages that were published but received no views during the selected timeframe.
Total Views
The total number of views measures how many times the page was viewed or accessed. For example, if one user views a page three separate times, three views are counted. If the number of views exceeds the number of visitors, it means some users viewed the page multiple times.

The total number of visitors measures the number of unique users who visited a page. For example, if a user visits a page four separate times, this will only be counted as one visitor.
User Analytics
Active User
An active user is a user that has accessed the App at least once during a selected date range.
Engaged User
An engaged user is a user who has commented, liked, or shared a news post at least once during a selected date range. At this time, users engaging in other App interactions, such as using the chat or other plugins, are not counted towards the number of engaged users.
Pending User
A pending user is a user who has been invited to the App, but has not yet registered in the App.
Registered User
A registered user is a user who has created a user account on your App or Intranet.
Unregistered User
An unregistered user is a user who does not have an account on your App or Intranet. Unregistered users are only able to access content in the public area.
