AI Page Generation is available when using the Content Designer. It helps you quickly create structured pages based on a prompt. It reduces manual effort while allowing you to maintain full control over the final content.

To generate a page, you provide a prompt that describes the purpose of your content. You can enhance the output by adding a supporting document for context, media files to be inserted to enhance the content, or an existing page as a template. Based on your input, AI generates a draft page with predefined sections, blocks, and suggested content.

Supported Files and Limits

You can provide additional context and media to improve the generated output.

Document

• Maximum number: 1
• Supported formats: PDF, DOCX
• For multi-page documents, only the first 20 pages are processed

Media

• Maximum number: 5

Maximum Size

• Maximum size for document and media: 25 MB

Prerequisites

• AI Page Generation is activated by your administrator in the AI settings.
• AI Page Generation is enabled for your user account. 

1. Create a page using the Content Designer. 
   The page overview page opens.
2. Click the + icon. 
   The options to upload or attach an existing page opens.
3. Select one of the following options and upload a document and up to 5 media files:
   • Computer
   • My Files
4. Optionally, click the + icon and select Attach an existing page to use a page as a template.
5. In the text field, enter a prompt describing the content you want to generate.
6. Click the send icon. 
   The page is generated with structured content. You can review and refine the draft before publishing.
