Managing Editor
The Learning plugin integrates your learning management systems (LMS) into your Staffbase Employee App or Intranet. It aggregates and displays courses from multiple platforms in one place, making it easy for employees to discover, access, and track their learning.
Installing the Learning Plugin
- In the Studio, navigate to Content > Add Plugin. The Marketplace page displays.

Navigate to Learning and click Install.
The dialog to add Learning opens.

Provide a title and space for the Learning instance.
- From the Visibility in the App dropdown, choose who can see the Learning instance.
- Click Add Learning. You have added your first learning instance. You can add more at any time. To make the Learning instance visible, edit and publish it.
